Raza Loves L.A. is more than a single event; it’s a multifaceted initiative celebrating the spirit of Los Angeles. At its heart is a benefit show featuring performances by Los Desmadrosos, Stefni Valencia, Dame Mas Drama, Javi the DJ, and Latin music producer Stylo, each bringing their unique energy to the stage. Complementing the event is a music compilation filled with master recordings generously donated by a diverse group of Latin artists, embodying the city’s rich cultural tapestry.
The Benefit Show: A Night to Remember
At the center of this initiative is a one-of-a-kind benefit show. Headlined by Los Desmadrosos, sounds by our own Javi the DJ, and Latin music producer Stylo, and featuring electrifying performances from Stefni Valencia, Dame Mas Drama, and many more surprise guests. The event promises an unforgettable celebration of culture, community, and connection. Every note played and every ticket sold will contribute to a brighter, safer future for Los Angeles.
The Compilation: Stories Through Sound
El Desmother Presents: Raza Loves L.A. is a sonic tapestry of genres and voices, weaving together the stories of a city that thrives on diversity. Participating artists have generously donated their master recordings for one year, ensuring that all proceeds from streaming and downloads will support the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation. The album showcases incredible contributions from artists including Alfonso Castillo, Domino Saints, El Dusty, Jhay B, La 535, Leyo, Lonly Wolfy feat. Hyelo Rodriguez, Red Monk, Stylolive, Domino Saints, Karol Posadas and YUNO, along with our very own Beto Vargas & Roberto Hermosillo!
Available on February 14, 2025, this compilation is more than an album—it’s a testament to the power of community.
The album will be released through the label Nominal Damages with support from their distributor, Good Morning Music.
